Hunchouen Coffee Farm, Guatemala

This impressive lot comes from Hunchouen - a collective of 550 smallholder coffee producers in Tajumuco, Huehuetenango. Formed in 1970, they cultivate coffee at extreme altitudes, where rich volcanic soil and a unique mountain microclimate help to produce vibrant and complex speciality coffees.

Along with producing outstanding coffee, for every 24 kg bag sold, the collective supports El Colegio, helping provide education and opportunity for children of local coffee-picking families.

Expect notes of milk chocolate and a dash of sweet clementine in this washed coffee. The perfect Christmas treat!
