Delivery

When we receive your order, we do our best to pack and ship your delivery as soon as possible. We aim to do this on the same day, however to be sure we suggest noting 1 working day for packing before dispatch.

Delivery to the UK is free for orders over £30

UK Standard delivery Royal Mail: £3.10 (estimated delivery time is within 2-3 working days after dispatch) - please see update below

First Class delivery Royal Mail: £3.95 (estimated delivery time is within 1-2 working days after dispatch) - please see update below

* At the moment we only ship to the UK, however we hope to offer international delivery in the near future so watch this space!

Covid Update - Deliveries:

Please note, we would advise ordering on or before Tuesday 15th December in order to give it the best chance for delivery before Christmas (explained below).

We will, however, still be sending orders out until Friday 18th December. All orders placed between 19th Dec - 3rd Jan will be dispatched on Monday 4th January.

We send all of our orders with Royal Mail who are working really hard to collect, process and deliver as much mail and parcels as possible during this time.

Despite their best endeavours, Royal Mail note that some areas of the country may experience slight delays due to Coronavirus-related absences along with the busy Christmas period. Please therefore bear in mind that your delicious coffee may take a little longer in transit than normal, we have had some reports of it taking up to 5-7 days in transit. We hope you understand and we appreciate your support during these times!

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from us. However, if you would like to return your goods for whatever reason, you have the right to cancel or return your order up to 14 working days after delivery of your goods.

We offer a 100% refund on all non-consumable merchandise and unopened, sealed food products. The returning goods must be in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund the price or replace the product for you. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you.

All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made, within 30 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the goods. In the event that Fire & Flow is unable to credit your original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method of refund.

On faulty products, after the 14-day cancellation period, we reserve the right to offer a spare part or repair where appropriate. We also reserve the right to offer a replacement item of similar or equal value.
