Terra, Colombia (Honey)

This delicious honey-processed, pink bourbon coffee comes to us from Terra Coffee in Huila, Colombia. Terra Coffee work closely with local producers to support them at every step of the process - from fermentation and sensory training to advising on gender equality and youth inclusion. 

The coffee cherries are pulped but left with a small amount of sticky-sweet mucilage, then fermented for 48 hours. After that, they’re moved to raised beds and dried in the sun for a couple of weeks, slow and steady, just the way it should be.

The result is a beautifully bright and fruity cup - expect honey sweetness complimented with juicy blood orange and a hint of jasmine.
