Colombia, Risaralda, Red Associations

Risaralda, in the western central region of Colombia, is part of ‘Red Associations’, which was established in order to support farming families achieve stable and sustainable prices for their coffee. Red Associations brings these small scale producers together, so that as a community, they can benefit from improved infrastructure, advanced methods of quality control, knowledge and resources.

Our decaffeinated coffee is naturally decaffeinated at source using the by-product of fermenting sugarcane. In Colombia, where plenty of sugarcane is grown, it makes sense to use this naturally occurring by-product to complement their thriving coffee industry.
